Tips:

• Divide the dough in smaller pieces and you get perfect party bites and rolls.
• You can also add chopped olives or dried tomatoes to the dough.

All our bread mixes are made with organic flour and are based on traditional recipes for authentic results. BREADISTA’s baking kits and baking mixes have been developed to make bread by hand in the old traditional way. (You do not need a stand mixer, food processer or bread machine.)

You can make either all four loaves at once or you choose to make only two Ciabatta with half of the mix. The ready-to-use flour mix is packed in a resealable zipper bag with instructions on the back. BREADISTA’s bread mixes are perfectly pre-measured (yeast included) for best results with ease. Please store the bag in a darker and cooler place like a pantry (not in the fridge!).
